Aer Lingus now have a sale from many cities in the States to Ireland for travel between January and April.

So book your flights before mid January and Travel Plans will have an itinerary to suit you. Be here in Ireland for the first signs of Spring in late January or February or perhaps celebrate St. Patrick’s Day here in Ireland.
April is such a lovely time to be here with all the signs of Spring to brighten up the countryside and much happening in many of the cities, towns and village during Easter.

The picture at the top is of Curra Hill in Glenbeigh, Co. Kerry. I took this as I walked down the road, from the Olde Glenbeigh Hotel just outside the village, into the village. Though I have never climbed this hill I have so very often looked up at this as I walk along the miles long sandy beach at Rossbeigh which is just a short distance from the village.
Also if I am just passing by Glenbeigh onto Caherciveen or Waterville or other places on the Ring of Kerry it is a very familiar landmark along the way.
